Florie’s Finales is a unique Pastry and Gift Basket bakery that ships nationwide. We specialize in sympathy gift baskets and gift baskets for all of your year round gift-giving needs. All baking is done on premises in our new state of the art bakery & production facility. We are very fortunate to have the same team of bakers for the past 10 years bringing you the quality and consistency you deserve. All cookies and pastries are made with the freshest & finest all natural ingredients. Never any artificial preservatives added.

General Policies

We normally ship within 1 day from the time your order is received. If you order by 10:30 am, we will hand deliver or ship your order the same day. Please call with questions. You may also specify a requested delivery date during checkout.

Pastry Tray and Pastry Basket Hand Delivery:

Please note that these items can only be delivered to Long Island and New York Metro because of the delicate nature of these products. If you order an item that is not available for delivery in your area, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email. If you order one of these items along with another item that is normally delivered via UPS or USPS, we may need to adjust your delivery method and shipping rate to accomodate the items you have selected. You will be notified if delivery charges differ. If actual UPS rates differ from your quote for any reason, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email.

Weekend Deliveries:

We do not hand deliver on Sundays. UPS does not deliver on the weekend & USPS only delivers Priority on Saturdays.

UPS Ground Time in Transit:

UPS Ground delivery takes 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. This Time in Transit Map shows shipping times between our shop and your location and does not take into account the time it takes to process your order. USPS Priority Mail delivery normally takes 1-2 days depending on your location.

Florie’s Finales is a unique gourmet pastry & gift basket store located in Nesconset, Long Island, NY. We are celebrating our 15th year in business and 5th year in our new, bigger & better, state of the art facility. All of our cookies and pastries are made on premises from scratch, using the finest & freshest ingredients and no preservatives. We deliver via messenger to LI and metro NY and ship nationwide with care!

Our Story:

My husband, Richie Robinson started his career as a buyer of furniture for major department stores, and I, Florie Robinson have an art background with schooling at The Fashion Institute of Technology and The Pratt Institute in NYC. In 1976, Richie and I pooled our business and artistic talents and opened the highly successful Frame Center in Smithtown, NY and soon after, the Landing Gallery next door. I had a special knack for creating and baking delicious & unique baked goods and gourmet pastries from scratch. Many of our friends and customers encouraged us to go into the baking business and share these wonderful and delicious treats with others. In 1993 we transitioned from picture framing into the gourmet bakery business, and are now celebrating our 15th year at Florie’s Finales and the 5th year at our new Nesconset location. In the spring of '04, our son Mike moved down to NY from Boston with his wife, Michelle to join in our business and help Richie design and construct our beautiful new facility in Nesconset. Unfortunately, an illness that Richie had been fighting for 2+ years had re-occurred. Throughout the very busy holiday season of '04 Richie worked long hours 7 days a week while undergoing chemotherapy treatments for t-cell lymphoma. On February 23rd of '05 my husband, my partner & my best friend succumbed to lymphoma after a long and valiant fight and passed away. We continue on with Richie always being in our hearts. With a staff of 15-35 (depending on season) creative people we are able to satisfy with care all orders from small and personal to large corporate orders.
